Green infrastructure refers to a collection of natural areas that can provide solutions to issues such as flooding, provide habitats, maintain ecosystems, and a variety of benefits.
With a map derived from a green infrastructure vision for the Chicago area, and white routes representing the network of interstates that converge in the area, this poster juxtaposes different structures, alluding to the tension between the natural and the unnatural, and that which connects or disconnects.
